Do you wish you had someone to talk to about the business side of private practice?
About 7 years ago when I set out to launch my private practice, I didn’t know where to turn when I was seeking answers to questions about how to run the business side of things. I felt really well-equipped to see patients, nurture those relationships, and nurture myself with continuing education but was struggling with the basics of business that I wasn’t taught in school.
So, I started researching, and reading, and exploring, and trying to piecemeal it together on my own.
I spent hours poring over online programs, books, webinars, and various other resources to help me grow my business, and many were not very helpful. It took a lot of time to sift through it all to determine what was useful versus what wasn’t. Ultimately, I really wish I had someone to turn to when I was starting out to ask these foundational business questions.
After all of that, and expanding my solo practice into a group practice with two thriving locations, building a 7-figure revenue stream with 3 businesses, a book and a podcast, I feel compelled to share what I’ve learned with others so that hopefully you don’t feel that same desperation I did.

After the VIP Day concludes, my intention is that you walk away with practical tools, resources, and confidence to keep doing the work. Taking these next steps in the growth of your business is undeniably scary, but the calculated risks are well worth taking.

Once we have established that foundation through the Brave Boss VIP Day, then I have the option for you to continue to receive business consultation support through subsequent follow-up sessions.

What if I just want to schedule a one-off, 60-minute business consultation with you?
Starting in 2023, I am no longer offering one-off business consultations. As I gain more clarity about how I can best serve my clients, as well as a better understanding of the most supportive structure to support you, I have decided that the Brave Boss VIP Day is a crucial first step. However, if you have previously worked with me via a workshop or have participated in the Private Practice Circle, Group Practice Circle, and/or business consultations, please contact me for how to schedule that follow-up session.

What this is not…
A therapy session. Hopefully, you have another practitioner that you are seeing for your own personal growth and therapeutic journey.
An opportunity to pass off doing the work. The Brave Boss VIP Day is for us to work toward a solution together, but ultimately, you are responsible for following through and doing the work. I am here to be a massive source of encouragement for you as you do the work, but for real transformation to happen, you have to be committed to doing the work, serious about making changes, and dedicated to putting in the time to put all the pieces into motion.
A quick fix. As with all good things… it will take time. Remember that building your business is like running a marathon, not a sprint. It’s also a living, breathing organism that will grow and evolve with you, so it’s not something that you may simply set it once and then leave it. For a business to continue to prosper, you’ll have to continue to nurture it—and yourself! Owning your own private practice can be immensely rewarding, and it’s not easy. There will be doubt, frustration, emotion, and growing pains. Those are all beautiful, normal, and always welcome.
