Fulfillment Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical products within the United States using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method but typically range between 5–10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and selected service.


Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Refunds

All sales of physical products are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@braveandwell.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund for damaged goods.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a return or replacement. You must return the item in its original packaging, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you made an error during checkout, please contact us immediately at support@braveandwell.com, and we will do our best to assist if your order has not yet shipped.
